Operations of the Astorian Armed Forces Amendment Bill

Art. 1. Change of Title.
Der Titel des Operations of the Astorian Armed Forces Act wird in "Operations of the Armed Forces Information Act" geändert, so dass das Gesetz künftig als "OAFIA" abgekürzt werden soll.

Art. 2. Fundamentals
Article 1 des Operations of the Astorian Armed Forces Act wird wie folgt neu gefasst:
    Article 1 -Fundamentals
    (1) Dieses Gesetz regelt den Informationsaustausch zwischen der Regierung der Vereinigten Staaten von Astor und dem Kongress im Falle militärischer Operationen der astorischen Streitkräfte.
    (2) Die Rechte des Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten gemäß Article I, Section 1, Subsection 2 der Verfassung der Vereinigten Staaten bleiben von diesem Gesetz unberührt.

Art. 3. Informing the Congress.
(1) In Article 2, Section 1 des Operations of the Astorian Armed Forces Act wird die Wendung "den Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten von Astor bzw." gestrichen.
(2) Article 2, Section 2 des Operations of the Astorian Armed Forces Act wird gestrichen.
(3) Article 2, Section 3 Satz 2 des Operations of the Astorian Armed Forces Act wird gestrichen.
(4) Article 2, Section 4 des Operations of the Astorian Armed Forces Act wird gestrichen.
(5) In Article 2, Section 5 des Operations of the Astorian Armed Forces Act wird die Wendung "so darf" durch die Wendung "soll" ersetzt.
(6) Article 2, Section 5, Satz 2 des Operations of the Astorian Armed Forces Act wird wie folgt neu gefasst: "Das Kongresspräsidium ist auf diese Tatsache hinzuweisen."

Art. 4. Final Provision
Dieses Gesetz tritt mit Verkündung durch den Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten in Kraft.
