Der Federal Salary Act vom 26.09.2007 und seine Amendments werden aufgehoben.

Article 2
Die Article 2, Article 4 (1b) und 4 (1c) bleiben bis zm 31. Januar 2009 in Kraft.

Article 3
Die Article 2 und Article 5 bleiben bis zum 31. März 2009 in Kraft.

Article 4
Dieses Gesetz tritt mit seiner Verkündung durch den Präsidenten in Kraft.
