Honorable Commoners,

Governor Wells beantragte das folgende:

Die Assembly beschließt, dass ein Raum für Mitteilungen der Commoner an andere Mitglieder der Assembly eingerichtet wird, in dem Themen, die nicht Gegenstand aktueller Beratungen sind, besprochen werden können.


Die Aussprachedauer setze ich vorerst auf übliche 96 Stunden fest. Der Governor hat das Wort zur Begründung.

manchmal möchte man doch einfach das Wort an die anderen Mitglieder der Assembly richten, vielleicht um sie auf bundespolitische Entwicklungen aufmerksam zu machen, vielleicht um Denkanstöße zu geben - aber das muss nicht immer mit einem aktuell in der Assembly diskutierten Beschlussantrag zusammenhängen. Hierfür hielte ich einen speziellen Ort (SimOff : Thread) für sinnvoll.

Drei von zehn Commoners beantragten eine Verkürzung der Aussprache. Dies ist mehr als das von Article V (5) der Standing Orders geforderte Viertel. Somit sind die Voraussetzung für eine Verkürzung der Aussprache gegeben, die Abstimmung wird eingeleitet.
