Individual Candidacy Amendment

Section 1 - Purpose
Dieses Gesetz ändert Article 3, Section 2 des Federal Election Act.

Section 2 - Amendment
Article 3, Sec. 2 FEA wird wie folgt neugefasst:
    Sec. 2. Candidacies
    Kandidaturen zur Wahl des Repräsentantenhauses sind der die Wahl durchführenden Behörde durch den jeweiligen Kandidaten spätestens am zweiten Sonntag des Wahlmonats an dem von der Behörde zuvor dafür bestimmten Ort öffentlich bekanntzugeben.

Section 3 - Coming into Force
Dieses Gesetz tritt gemäß der verfassungsrechtlichen Vorgaben in Kraft.
