Die Abstimmung gilt schon zuvor als beendet, falls eine unumstößliche Mehrheit feststeht, nicht mehr erreicht werden kann,

Appendix I:

Adressing of Presidential Substitutes Bill

Section I – Fundamentals
Dieses Gesetz regelt den Gebrauch des Titelprädikats "Acting President".

Section II – The Acting President
(1) Das Titelprädikat "Acting President" sollen folgende Personen tragen:
a) der Vizepräsident der Vereinigten Staaten von Astor, wenn er das Amt des Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten von Astor nach Vorgabe von Article IV, Section 2 (1) der US Constitution stellvertretend ausübt.
b) der Präsident oder Vizepräsident des Kongresses, wenn sie das Amt des Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten von Astor nach Vorgabe von Article IV, Section 2 (2) oder Article IV, Section 5 (3) oder (4) der US Constitution kommissarisch ausüben.
c) alle durch ein Bundesgesetz in einer Vertretungsliste definierten Amtsträger, wenn sie das Amt des Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten von Astor kommissarisch führen.
(2) Das Recht zum Tragen des Titelprädikates entfällt, wenn der Vertretungszeitraum endet.

Section III – Final clause
Dieses Gesetz tritt nach seiner Verkündung in Kraft.
