der folgende Antrag von Governor McNamara, der 2nd Constitution Amendment Billl, steht zur Abstimmung.

Stimmen Sie der Verfassungsänderung zu?

[ ] Nay
[ ] Abstention

Die Verfassung kann nur mit Hilfe einer Mehrheit von 2/3 der abgegebenen Stimmen von der Popular Assembly geändert werden.

Die Abstimmung endet am Mittwoch, den 15.April 2009, 19 Uhr.

2nd Constitution Amendment Bill

Article I: Introduction
[1] Dieses Gesetzt ändert die „Conistitution of the Commonwealth of Hybertina“.
[2] Es regelt die Wiederbesetzung des Senatorpostens bei Vakanz und die Wahl eines Vice Governors.

Article II: Änderung in Article II: Executive
[1] Der Article wird um Section 8 erweitert.
[2] Diese lautet: „Der Governor kann der Popular Assembly einen Stellvertreter, den Vice Governor, vorschlagen. Die Popular Assembly entscheidet mit einfacher Mehrheit. Der Vice Governor übernimmt die Amtsgeschäfte des Governors in dessen Abwesenheit oder bei Vakanz des Amtes."

Article III: Änderung in Article V: United States Senator
[1] Der Article wird um Section 2 erweitert.
[2] Diese lautet: „Bei jeglicher Vakanz des Senatorspostens, hat der Governor oder sein Stellvertreter innerhalb von sieben Tagen ein Nachwahl durch das zuständige Wahlamt ansetzen zu lassen. Die Durchführung ist hand zu haben wie bei einer regulären Senatorwahl."

Article IV: Final Provisions
[1] Dieses Gesetz tritt mit Verkündung durch den Governor in Kraft, nachdem die Popular Assembly mit benötigter Mehrheit zugestimmt hat.
