Mr. President,

der Dean kommt im Vertretungsfall zum Zuge bei Sitzungsleitungen. Bei Wahlen ist dies jedoch nicht spezifiziert. Die Wahlleitung zum Vorsitz ist keine Aufgabe des Vorsitzenden, sondern für eine zügige Abwicklung eine primus inter pares Angelegenheit aller Senatoren.

In der Tat ist die Wahlleitung Aufgabe eines nicht Kandidierenden Senators. Weder Ist das automatisch der Dean, noch automatisch der mit dem schnellsten Mundwerk.

Ich stünde ebenfalls zur Wahlleitung bereit, sollte dies gewünscht sein. Ansonsten darf das gerne der Kollege am Buzzer übernehmen.
