Honorable Senators,

Zur Abstimmung steht der folgende Antrag von Senator of Hybertina, Ms. Samantha Cunningham.


Stimmen sie der Verabschiedung des Antrages zu?

Bitte stimmen sie mit Aye (Zustimmung) oder Nay (Ablehnung).
Abstention (aktive Enthaltung) ist zulässig.


Die Abstimmung dauert 96 Stunden und Ende daher Tuesday, 27th of October, 2oo9 - 7:30 p.m.
Die Abstimmung gilt schon zuvor als beendet, falls eine unumstößliche Mehrheit feststeht, nicht mehr erreicht werden kann,
oder alle Stimmberechtigten abgestimmt haben.

Da es sich um einen Verfassungszusatz handelt,
ist zur Annahme eine Mehrheit von zwei Dritteln der Stimmen der Mitglieder dieser Kammer notwendig.

6th Constitutional Amendment Bill

Section 1 - Introduction of a 6th Constitutional Amendment
Die Constitution of the United States of Astor wird um das Folgende erweitert:

    Amendment VI [Adressing of presidential substitutes]

    (1) Das Titelprädikat "Acting President" sollen folgende Personen tragen:
    a) der Vizepräsident der Vereinigten Staaten von Astor, wenn er das Amt des Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten von Astor nach Vorgabe von Article IV, Section 2 (1) der US Constitution stellvertretend ausübt.
    b) der Präsident oder Vizepräsident des Kongresses, wenn sie das Amt des Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten von Astor nach Vorgabe von Article IV, Section 2 (2) oder Article IV, Section 5 (3) oder (4) der US Constitution kommissarisch ausüben.
    c) alle durch ein Bundesgesetz in einer Vertretungsliste definierten Amtsträger, wenn sie das Amt des Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten von Astor kommissarisch führen.
    (2) Das Recht zum Tragen des Titelprädikates entfällt, wenn der Vertretungszeitraum endet.


Section 2 - Final Provision
Dieser Verfassungszusatz tritt mit Abschluss seiner verfassungsgemäßen Ratifizierung in Kraft.

Honorable Senators,

Die Abstimmung ist beendet, da die Frist zur Stimmabgabe verstrichen ist.

7 von 8 Senatoren gaben ihre Stimme ab.

5 Senatoren stimmten der Verabschiedung zu,
kein Senator lehnte die Verabschiedung ab
und zwei Senatoren enthielt sich der Stimme.

Die Verabschiedung erfordert 2/3 der Stimmen der Kammer und damit der Zustimmung von 6 Senatoren.

Die Verabschiedung des Antrags wurde daher durch den Senat

abgelehnt.
