The LEGISLATURE of the FREE STATE of NEW ALCANTARA



Honorable Legislators!

Stimmen Sie dem angehängten Antrag zu?

Stimmen Sie bitte mit Aye (Zustimmung) oder Nay (Ablehnung).
Sie können mit Abstention stimmen, um sich zu enthalten.
Die Abstimmung erfolgt nach den Standing Orders of the Legislature.

Members of the Legislature Adjustment Amendment

Section 1 - Concentration of Power
Article III Section 2 wird wie gefolgt neu gefasst:
1. Mitglied der Legislature sind alle Mayors der Townships und Sheriffs der Countys des Free State of New Alcantara , die gemäß Article IV Section 5 gewählt oder ernannt wurden.
2. Für die Mitgliedschaft in der Legislature, ist zusätzlich zum Amtseid ein separater Eid abzuleisten.
3. Die Mitgliedschaft in der Legislature endet mit Ablauf der Amtsdauer als Mayor oder Sheriff.

Section 2 - Guarantee of Power
Article IV Section 8 wird wie folgend ergänzt:
1. Im Falle der Vakanz des Amtes des Gouverneurs beruft der First Legislator oder - im Falle der Verhinderung - sein Vertreter, eine Versammlung ein, in der alle wahlberechtigten Bürger des Staates Sitz und Stimme haben (General Legislature). Die General Legislature verfährt nach der Geschäftsordnung der Legislature und wählt mit der Mehrheit der abgegebenen Stimmen einen Gouverneur für die verbleibende Amtszeit.

First Legislator,
ich muss gegen diese Feststellung meinen Widerspruch erheben: Nach Art. VIII, Sec. 3, Ssc. 2 NAConst. sind Verfassungszusätze mit einer Mehrheit von 2/3 der abgegebenen Stimmen zu beschließen, hier also mit mindestens 4 Stimmen.
