BA 2011/05/001 - Consitutional Correction Bill



Dear Commoners,

zur dreitägigen Aussprache steht folgender Antrag von Commoner Wells.

Constitutional Correction Bill

Article I : Purpose of this bill
Dieser Entwurf soll die fehlerhafte Nummerierung der Verfassung von Astoria State berichtigen.

Article II : Changing the Constitution
(1) Article VIII der Constitution wird in Article VII umnummeriert.
(2) Article IX der Constitution wird in Article VIII umnummeriert.

Article III : Entry into force
Dieses Gesetz tritt nach Erfüllung aller geltenden Vorschriften in Kraft.

Mister Speaker,

vielleicht sollten wir per Gesetz erlauben, dass solche Nummerierungs- (oder auch Rechtschreib-)fehler durch das Archiv ohne Erlaubnis behoben werden dürfen. Jedes Mal ein Amendment zu verabschieden, wenn jemandem so eine solche Unstimmigkeit auffällt ist eindeutig zu aufwändig. Das nur am Rande.

Grundsätzlich sehe ich keinen Grund dem Antrag nicht zuzustimmen.

Honorable Commoners,

ich würde mich freuen einen entsprechenden Antrag in Bälde bearbeiten zu dürfen. Gegebenenfalls werde ich auch selbst einen solchen Gesetzesentwurf schreiben, jedoch könnte dies die ehrenwerte Madam Commoner Monroe beispielsweise auch unternehmen. Grundlegend ist ihre Idee natürlich begrüßenswert.
