THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE
Honorable Representatives !
The question before the House is whether it shall agree to the Bill to be read by the Clerk.
Votes can be entered into the Records of the House by the
Yeas and
Nays . The presence of a member not voting will also be put into the Records if declared (
Present ).
An amount of 96 hours without increment is reserved for the entering into the Record. Records will be closed on this motion in the discretion of the Chair, if a majority on the motion is reached or can not be reached.

Section 1 - Purpose
Dieses Gesetz legt eine Höchstdauer für Debatten des Kongresses fest.
Section 2 - Amendment
Tit. III Sec. 8 Ssec. 2 der Standing Rules of Congress wird wie folgt neugefasst:
(2) Aussprachen dauern grundsätzlich 120 Stunden und höchstens 240 Stunden. Sie sind als solche zu kennzeichnen: "[Debate] <Antragskennzeichnung>".
Section 3 - Coming into Force
Dieses Gesetz tritt gemäss den verfassungsmässigen Bestimmungen in Kraft.
