Amendment to the Federal Election Act
Sec. 1 Amendment to Art. III Federal Election Act
Art. III Sec. 3 Ssec. 4 Federal Election wird wie folgt neugefasst:"Die Anzahl der Mandate des jeweiligen Kandidaten mit den meisten Mandaten, wird solange um 1 vermindert, bis kein Kandidat mehr als ein Drittel der im Repräsentantenhaus vertretenen Mandate innehat." Sec. 2 Entry into Force
Dieses Gesetz tritt gem. den verfassungsmäßigen Bestimmungen in Kraft.
