2014/12/03 Christmas Recess Resolution

Honorable Commoners,

zur Abstimmung steht folgender Resolutionsvorschlag von Governor Quinn Michael Wells: :
Christmas Recess Resolution

Die Assembly von Astoria State beschließt als gesetzgebendes Organ des Bundesstaates das Folgende:
- Vom 23.12.2014 bis zum 03.01.2015 unterbricht die Assembly ihre Sitzungen.
- Die in dieser Zeit eingebrachten Entwürfe werden ab dem 04.01.2015 behandelt.
- Entwürfe, zu denen am 23.12.2014 eine Aussprache läuft, werden erst ab dem 04.01.2015 zur Abstimmung gestellt.
- Gestartete Abstimmungen werden zum Abschluss gebracht.
Stimmen Sie der Verabschiedung dieses Resolutionsvorschlages zu?

Bitte stimmen Sie mit:

- Aye um dem Resolutionsvorschlag zuzustimmen
- Nay um den Resolutionsvorschlag abzulehnen
- Abstention um sich aktiv der Stimme zu enthalten

Die Abstimmung dauert 96 Stunden oder bis eine unumstößliche Mehrheit für oder gegen den Resolutionsvorschlag erreicht ist, mindestens jedoch 24 Stunden.

die Abstimmung ist beendet, da die Abstimmungsfrist verstrichen ist.

Es nahmen 7 von 16 Commoners an der Abstimmung teil.

Davon stimmten:

- 6 Commoners für den Rsolutionsvorschlag
- 1 Commoner gegen den Resolutionsvorschlag
- 0 Commoners mit aktiver Enthaltung.

Der Resolutionsvorschlag hat somit die erforderliche Mehrheit erreicht und ist damit von der Assembly angenommen.
