House Proportional Representation Bill
An act to distribute the seats in the House of Representatives equally to the votes by the electorate.

Section 1 - Amending the FEA
Art. III Sec. 3 Ssec. 4 des Federal Election Act wird ersatzlos gestrichen.

Section 2 - Coming into Force
(1) Sollte dieses Gesetz am oder vor dem 25. November 2017 unterzeichnet werden, so tritt es unmittelbar in Kraft.
(2) Sollte dieses Gesetz nach dem 25. November 2017 unterzeichnet werden, so soll das geänderte Verfahren erst bei den Wahlen zum 50. House of Representatives Anwendung finden.
