nach Chp. II, Sec. 5, Ssc. 2 des Executive Act ist eine Anhörung mit anschließender Abstimmung nur dann durchzuführen, wenn 1/4 der Mitglieder der Assembly dies verlangen. Ich habe nichts gegen eine Anhörung einzuwenden, bitte aber um die Beachtung des vorgesehenen Verfahrens.
