THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE
Honorable Representatives !
The question before the House is whether it shall agree to the Motion to be read by the Clerk.
Votes can be entered into the Records of the House by the

Amendment to the Fourth Judical Revision Bill
Section 1 - Amendment
Chapter I Article II Section 3 der Fourth Judical Revision Bill wird wie folgt ergänzt:
(5) In Abweichung zu Ssec. 4 geht das Recht zur Ernennung des Chief Justice oder eines Associate Justice an den Senat der Vereinigten Staaten über, sofern die entsprechende Vakanz mindestens 30 Tage besteht. Der President of the Senate, oder bei Vakanz des Amtes der Dean of the Senate, haben dem Senat eine entsprechende Nomination zu verkünden die in der selben Weise zu behandeln ist, wie wenn die Nomination durch den Präsidenten der Vereinigten Staaten erfolgt wäre.
