2013/03/003 - Sanctioning the Speaker Bill

Honorable Commoners,

für vorerst 96 Stunden steht der folgende Entwurf zur Abstimmung:

Sanctioning the Speaker Bill


Mit Beschluss der Annahme dieser Bill wird hinter Article 12 folgendes angehängt::
    Article 12 - Sanctions against the Speaker
    1) Vergehen zwischen Einreichen eines Antrages und Bearbeitung durch den Speaker mehr als 72 Stunden und ist der Speaker zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht entschuldigt, so liegt eine Verletzung der Amtspflichten vor.
    2) Sobald diese Frist erreicht ist, soll die Vertretungsregelung aus Article 3 greifen, bis der Speaker sich in der Assembly wieder anwesend meldet.
    3) Vergeht zwischen der Übernahme der Amtsgeschäfte gemäß 2) und der nächsten Amtshandlung des Speaker mehr als eine Woche, so liegt eine schwere Verletzung der Amtspflichten vor. Der Speaker ist des Amtes zu entheben und Neuwahlen sind durchzuführen.[/lst]

    Der bisherige Article 12 wird zu Article 13 umnummeriert.
