JOINT RESOLUTION ON THE DECLASSIFICATION OF CONGRESSIONAL SESSIONS

The United States Senate and the House of Representatives in Congress assembled,

feststellend, dass der Kongress öffentlich tagt und dies zur Transparenz der eigenen Arbeit gegenüber den Bürgern unerlässlich ist,
erkennend, dass es in einzelnen Fällen trotzdem notwendig ist, Sitzungen unter Ausschluss der Öffentlichkeit abzuhalten,
gewillt, die Transparenz wieder herzustellen, sollten die Gründe für die Geheimhaltung wegfallen,


beschließen:

(1) Die folgenden unter Verschluss gehaltenen Sitzungsprotokolle des Kongresses werden veröffentlicht:
