Legislators,

hiermit bringe ich den folgenden Amendment-Entwurf des Abgeordneten Hope zur Abstimmung:


Constitution of the Free State of New Alcantara - First Amendment

Section 1 - Area of Application and Short Title
(a) Dieses Amendment ergänzt die Verfassung des Free State of New Alcantara durch nachfolgendes Amendment.
(b) Dieses Amendment dient dem vereinfachten Zugang zu politischen Ämtern.
(c) Dieses Amendment soll zitiert werden als NAConst - 1A.

Section 2 - Amendment
(a) Mitglied der Legislature ist, wer als astorischer Staatsbürger im Staatsgebiet von New Alcantara wohnhaft ist und in der Legislature den Amtseid geleistet hat.
(b) Bei sämtlichen Eidesleistungen kann der Gottesbezug weggelassen werden.

Section 3 - Final Provision
(a) Dieses Amendment tritt am Tag seiner Ausfertigung durch den Governor in Kraft.
