Representatives Substitution Reinstatement Bill
Section 1 - Amendment
Sec. 4 des Federal Election Act wird folgendermaßen abgeändert:

(1) Fällt die Zahl der Mitglieder des Repräsentantenhauses auf zwei oder weniger, so haben unverzüglich Nachwahlen (Special Elections) stattzufinden.
(2) Special Elections werden entsprechend Sektion 3 durchgeführt, mit dem Unterschied, dass nur die durch Amtsverlust von Mitgliedern verfallenen Mandate vom Wähler auf die Wahlwerber zu verteilen sind.
(3) Werden bei einer regulären Wahl zum Repräsentantenhaus nur zwei Mitglieder gewählt, so findet diese Sektion keine Anwendung.

Section 2 - Entry into Force
Dieses Gesetz tritt nach verfassungsmäßiger Verkündung in Kraft.
