Presidential Election Constitutional Amendment Bill

Section 1 - Introduction of an Amendment to the United States Constitution
Der Verfassung der Vereinigten Staaten wird folgender Zusatz hinzugefügt:

    (1) Niemand darf mehr als zweimal zum Präsidenten gewählt werden.
    (2) Niemand, der mehr als die Hälfte der Amtszeit, für die eine andere Person zum Präsidenten gewählt worden war, das Amt des Präsidenten innehatte, darf mehr als einmal in das Amt des Präsidenten gewählt werden.


Section 2 - Coming into Force
Dieser Verfassungszusatz tritt mit Abschluss des Verfahrens zu seiner verfassungsmässigen Ratifizierung in Kraft.
