Sehr geehrte Mandarin,

zur Abstimmung steht die folgende Verfassungsänderung die der Mandarin des Yellow Shade Distrikts, Scott A. Cheung eingereicht hat.

Stimmen Sie der Änderung der Verfassung zu?
[ ] Aye
[ ] Nay
[ ] Abstention


Die Abstimmung endet am Donnerstag, den 10.Januar 2008
Die Verfassungsänderung gilt vom Council of Mandarin angenommen, wenn sie die Zustimmung von 3/4 der Mandarin erhält


2nd Constitution Amendment Act

Section 1 – Article I . The State
[1] Section 3 wird wie folgt neu verfasst:
Chan-Sen ist ein demokratischer, liberaler und republikanischer Rechtsstaat.
[2] Section 4 wird wie folgt neu verfasst:
[4] Die Hauptstadt ist Hong Nam, gleichzeitig auch der Sitz der Staatsregierung und des Council of Mandarin.

Section 2 – Article IV . The Legislature
[1] Section 2 wird wie folgt neu verfasst:
Der Council of Mandarin besteht aus den Mandarin der Distrikte. Näheres regelt ein Gesetz.
[2] Section 4 wird wie folgt neu verfasst:
Der Council of Mandarin legt den Staatshaushalt fest und beschließt Gesetze und Staatsverträge.
[3] Article IV wird dahingehend angepasst, dass statt „Bürger“ das Wort „Mandarin“ verwendet wird. Ausgenommen davon ist Section 7.

Section 3 - Validity
[1] Dieses Gesetz tritt mit dem Ablauf des Tages seiner Verkündung in Kraft.
[2] Die Verfassungsänderung benötigt eine 3/4-Mehrheit im Council of Mandarin.

Sehr geehrte Mandarin,

die Abstimmung ist beendet.
Drei von drei Mandarin haben abgestimmt.
Auf den Antrag entfielen dreil "Aye" bei keiner Gegenstimme.

Somit ist die Verfassungsänderung mit der notwendigen Mehrheit vom Council of Mandarin einstimmig angenommen.
