2014/01/02 - Amendment to the Constitution of Astoria State (Lieutenant Governor)

Honorable Commoners,

zur Abstimmung steht folgender Entwurf. Stimmen Sie mit AYE, NAY oder ABSTENTION.

Amendment to the Constitution of Astoria State (Lieutenant Governor)

Article II, Section 3, Subsection 1 der Constitution of Astoria State wird wie folgt neugefasst:

(1) Der Gouverneur kann der Assembly einen Bürger als seinen Stellvertreter vorschlagen. Zur Wahl ist die einfache Mehrheit der abgegebenen Stimmen erforderlich. Mit Ablauf der Exekutivperiode verliert auch der Lieutenant Governor sein Amt.
