Section 1: Corrections
In Sec. 5 des Privacy Protection Act sind alle Vorkommen des "Secretary of the Interior" durch "Attorney General" zu ersetzen.

Section 1: Removal of Criminal Offense
Sec. 4 des Privacy Protection Acts ist ersatzlos zu streichen.

Section 2: Coming into ForceDieses Gesetz tritt gemäss den verfassungsmässigen Bestimmungen in Kraft.
